Since entering the real estate industry full-time in January 2016, Bryan Hedges has become a top producer in the Lake Conroe, Texas, area. As founder of APG Real Estate, Bryan leads his team with his strong work ethic, empathetic nature, and excellent ability in high-pressure situations. Bryan partners closely with his team, which has amassed more than $250 million in sales volume since launching in May 2019.
Bryan graduated from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M with a bachelor’s degree in business administration in management before beginning in corporate sales, a 20-year career that afforded him valuable experience working with a variety of people and learning the intricacies of business development. As a real estate agent and resident of the area, Bryan is an expert in all things Lake Conroe — from first-time homebuyers to luxury clientele and even out-of-state clients.
Bryan earned his real estate license initially to learn the process of buying and selling his own rental homes, but he always felt his experiences were lacking. Motivated to be the agent he wished he’d had, Bryan elevates industry standards. He is an expert negotiator who brings integrity and excellence to every transaction, getting impressive results for all his clients, no matter the price point. He recalls one day when he went from closing on a $175,000 starter home to a $4.25 million lakefront property. But to Bryan, it’s not about the transaction so much as the people.
Interestingly, Bryan’s first foray into real estate occurred by happenstance when he was just 14. When his childhood home was up for sale, and neither his parents nor their agent was available, Bryan and his sister stepped up to show the home — and secured a buyer that very night! Beyond real estate, Bryan is a family man. He and his wife, Leigh Anne, a teacher at Montgomery High School, have raised two children, Camden and Addison. He enjoys playing golf and cheering on the local high school and college sports teams, including those of his alma mater. Bryan further serves his community via the Bentwater Civic Association board of directors, the Rotary Club of Lake Conroe, and the First Montgomery Baptist Church.
